Windows 10 Dark Theme and Spartan Browser

If Spartan supported some of the features that FireFox supported (Noscript, Tree style Tabs....) , I'd change.

I will certainly give it a fair trial but there would have to be some pretty significant improvements to lure me away from Firefox which I've used forever.
