SOLVED Windows 10 reservation not working

I have a problem when trying to reserve windows 10 for my pc. Whenever i click "reserve your free upgrade", the window goes blank and says something went wrong. I have tried to reserve for the past couple of days now but its still doing the same thing. I have posted this on 2 other forums but noone has answered yet, so hopefully someone will know why this is happening and if there is some sort of fix for it, thanks.

Hello and welcome to the forum.
Not sure what that fix might be exactly.
Have you double checked your Windows Updates and confirmed that all updates are current.

Please make sure to create a disk image in advance of performing the upgrade to Windows 10.
Many who have come before are currently wishing that they had.

Then you can download the installation ISO from here
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/techbench
OR here
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

And use that ISO to create installation media from which you can then perform an in-place upgrade.
