Windows 10 start menu doesn't respond.

This my boggest problem with windows 10 and I met this problem many times. Before that I always fixed it by typing Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"} into PowerShell. but now when I do that it PowerShell just says "initialized" and does nothing at all.
Plus before that Windows actually showed an error like "Start menu and Cortana are not working" but right now it just doesn't respond and that's all. It doesn't even display the programms that are running down there.
