SOLVED Windows 10 update See Screen Print

This screen print shows my problem it has been stuck like this since I tried to update yesterday 6th Nov and I have run Trouibleshooter which says there is no problem but I can't run the update to try and see if it will enable me to get any better results. Sorry I can't explain my problem better but can you help me sort this out.
