windows 10 on a new hp laptop will not load just spinning circle. Preparing automatic repair screen just has spinning circle and does not advance just stays spinning. Tried media creation tool on usb, just get windows logo and spinning circle. nothing works. cannot get to advanced options, or get media creation tool to work. Can anyone help ? Cannot re-install windows 10 because media creation tool only gives windows logo and spinning circle.

do you have anything on the drive?, if you don't, you should have a recovery partition tool on your HP laptop?:

I has this happen a few days ago. I ended up resetting the bios by shorting the jumper. But you might want to try upluging all usb devices first.
