Windows 11 won't pair bluetooth

I have done everything possible but windows 11 won't allow me to pair portable keyboard on Bluetooth that was paired on windows 10.
I've searched the net, tried different solutions done everything but it won't pair my portable keyboard.

Explain in details what happened and have you tried removing the keyboard from your list of devices or turning Bluetooth off and on again.

how do I find the windows 11 forum, because the email said 'tell us about your experiences with windows 11', then up came windows 10
