I have an old dell PC running windows starter, I understand it will support Windows 10 Home version. How do you download a free copy of Home version of windows 10, can't seem to find it on the internet, but it's available for purchase.

Download the media creation tool. You can either do an in place upgrade or create a Windows 10 dvd or flash drive. If you're creating a dvd/flash drive from another PC, make sure you create the right version for the PC you're installing the OS (home version/32 or 64 bit).
