Is anyone having an issue with a possible Windows Update failure causing Windows to notify that the PC did not start correctly? This is on a blue screen....
1. Power computer on
2. Windows icon shows up....
3. Blue screen with Windows Auto Correct and than two option a/ Turn Computer Off or b/ Troubleshoot....
4. Turn COmputer Off jiust reestablished the blue screen loop.
5. Troubleshoot offers more choices and one of them was restore computer to previous point which was unusual because no previous points were store with the exception of when the Windows Update occurred.
As a last resort I am installing to computer to its original state removing all apps not included when purchased but keeping the personal files...
