A frend of me have trouble with creating an Microsoft account since he is to tape in the password of his old Windows account, which he do not remember.
He thinks it was created in Messenger and used in Windows Mail, but he can not remember which e-mail address he was using that time and also he do not remember which password he used.
Can any tell me what he can do to solve the problem or tell where he can get help?
