Windows show no icons

My desktop show no icons only labels, the file explorer is also broken. Quick access not working.

On another account everything is fine, only my main account is broken. I tried deleting icon cache, restarting windows but nothing works. Trying to using restore point but i have no backup. Thanks for your help.

If you curser get stuck shut down windows 10 if you can remove battery do so ,then blow on it then switch pc back on after replacing battery should then work Sue, M

Right click the start icon and select the Command prompt (admin)
copy and paste, or type
sfc /scannow
and enter.
The process will take a few minutes and repair any irregularities it finds.
