Windows store is not opening shows error code 0x80072efd

after installing cant use windows store. I am tried to create new user bt couldnt. It shows that something went wrong plz try again
my date and time everything is ok bt when tried "powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml" command I get
