Windows10 installation problem

Have downloaded WIN10. After clicking RUN, get a template asking to make changes to hard drive. Click YES but nothing happens after that. How do I proceed further? Thx My desktop is HP Compaq dc7900 with WIN7 Prof.

Are you trying to perform the in-place upgrade from an ISO are realtime online with the update tool?

Never heard of this. Can you use the snipping tool and capture and image and attach it to your next post?

Thanks. Tried again and got a blue screen with Error code 0x800706BE - 0x90016. I don't know what it is.
