windows10 update

when trying to run windows update to 10, I get a code 0x8007000d, system quits saying there is corruption

The error seems to indicate the data is invalid. If that is the case and Norton's suggest doesn't clear it up, have you ever had any problems with your network connection? If you are using Wi-Fi can you use an Ethernet connection instead?

Did by chance uninstall 3 rd party anti virus programs and remove all of the PC USB peripherals? If not that could create problems.
