A21 phone to pc issue

when i plug my a21 into the pc i get a popup that want to know what i want to do with the phone photos. i went into the pc settings and turned off what i thought was the issue but i still get it. sometimes it goes away but most of the time is stays up and before i can go into the folder to find the a21 i have to x that popup off. this is what i get sometimes and then other times i get 2 popups one large and one smaller. but with this one if the phone has not been opened i can't click on the a21 to see anything. i guess that is normal but my lg k20 would turn the phone on and open the folder section and i could click that and see photos. this is what is get most of the time. so how do i turn this off? thanks

When I plug in my Galaxy A52 I get a popup above the clock asking what I want to do. When I click on that I get a list with choices and the bottom one is Take no action.

If I right-click it in the File Explorer left pane I get more choices.

thanks i have tried that but it just keeps coming back i want that to just stop and not show again. it never happens with my lg k20 also when i plug the k20 into the pc the k20 turns on but that may be a a21 thing and not the pc. if the a21 is off i do not get that popup, but when it has been unlocked it will popup. i go to the setting for that popup and i have everything turned off and it still shows. this is what i get in the settings for that popup. plus i do not have notices turned on so i get nothing above the clock thanks

Seems the phones don't work the same as USB Thumb drives. A different post about it:

This worked fine for years, now I got a new phone. I hook it up with an usb cable, set it to file-tranfer, phone show up in explorer, so all that is working. But the usb-icon is not showing up in the taskbar to savely unmount. Works fine with usb sticks etc. So the icon is def set to visible...

i guess i never had an issue removing the phones from the pc and this is the only phone that does this i just put the wifes tcl20xe pn my pc and it connected just fine and no popup. so it must be a samsung thing. it is getting to the point that i hate this phone. nothing works like the lg phones do. thanks.
