activate again

I use my windows 10 for past 2 years. suddenly it asks me to activate it again. why? I have the CD to upload Windows 10 but how to do it as already the Windows 10 is running.

Have you changed any of the components?
Is there a key with the CD which you can enter?
What is the error message under activation?
Also run this to see what is currently installed & post the screenshot:
Right click on start & choose powershell with admin & enter: slmgr.vbs /dlv
This will show a popup showing whether your license is OEM, Retail, or Volume amongst other information.
