My local PC Admin account just recently changed 3/12/2016 for unknown reasons. When I logged into the account today the log in start page said "Restarting Windows"? When I finally logged in using my password, a notification appeared briefly that said "I had been assigned a temporary password and my files were unavailable. I had no personal files in the admin account, it was created when I installed Win 10 and used purely for user accounts administration and safety reasons.
A second message appeared on the start screen that I have absolutely have no idea of its origin or what it means.
Message: MSAccount:target=SSO_POP-Device

Persistence local computer.
I as the Win 10 Community Can anyone help with this anomaly. I have solved the issue but this may be only temporary.
My feelings this occurred with last weeks MS Updates?
