SOLVED Adobe Flash Player not working in win 10

I have tried following instructions on the Adobe Flash Players website to enable the flash player. To get adobe flash player to work in Internet explorer and edge browser. Both play video streaming fine but not getting sound to work....Yes I have the latest sound drivers installed. And followed the instructions to the letter to get the player to work right.

How do I get the adobe flash player app to work right (Video an sound) in Internet explorer and edge browser?
