Adobe Flash Player slow on Microsoft Edge on Surface 3 Windows 10

I have got Surface 3 with Windows 10. When in Edge I open site which requires Adobe Flash Player, the movie is pausing very often, and the cursor is moving with a delay in this and other tabs. When I close the tab with Adobe, other screens-websites are working fine (Netflix is also working fine) and I can move the cursor without any delay.
What to do?
