SOLVED Adobe Flashplayer not working in Windows 10

Flashplayer will not work in Windows 10 on computer upgraded from Windows 7 PRO. On other computer upgraded from Windows 7 HOME, Flashplayer works fine. Have posted this on Adobe forums, and they advise that they have many similar comments about this issue, but are unable to duplicate the problem. They advise that they have reported this to Microsoft. Is Microsoft working on a "fix" for this?

Just this morning there was an update for Flash in the Insider ring. Was installed before TH-2 (10565) but I see no update on 'production' W10

Today is update Tuesday so their is some updates for the public version 10240 including yet another cumulative update KB3097617
Not sure yet what is include in that.
AND
KB3099406 security update for IE Flash Player for Windows 10
