After sucessfuly running Win 10 a reboot wouldn't bring up Win 10

After running Win 10 (Upgrade from Win 7) for a couple of weeks I did a restart on my Lenovo Laptop and it was unable to bring up Win 10. Win icon appeared briefly on blank screen and disk operation continued for hours but must have been in some loop as nothing else would appear on blank screen.

Anyone else with same problem or suggestions for solving problem?

Hello and welcome to the forum.
When you are on the blank / black screen........
Will Ctrl + Alt + Delete bring up task manager?
