After the Global IT Outage My Computer Has a Blue Screen. My Institution Lost the BitLocker Recovery Key

My institution lost or misplaced the BitLocker recovery key, and after the outage on Friday, they said that they are not able to fix the blue screen on my computer. I have very important files, and it will be a disaster if I erase them to reset the system. Are there ways to reset the system and keep the files, which are not backed up, in this situation, or am I out of options? Please, help me. Any solution?
