Setting Global Folder Permissions ?

Hi,

Spent a lot of time trying to get a program to run, before I was smart enough to
check and notice that it was Read Only apparently.
Program req. writing to it. So, I changed Permissions, etc. for it, and all fine now.

Question: Would like to avoid this in the future.
Is there a "Global" way to allow All Folders, Prog's, etc. to Always allow reading and writing ?

If so, detailed steps on how to would be very appreciated.

Probably not, there's many files that are System Files, intentionally prohibit things like changing so as to keep the OS/Operating System working properly.

Opening such folder in Admin Explorer will help you avoided such problems
