SOLVED All icons on computer disappeared

What does it can be? All of the icons on computer just disappeared.. I've tried all of the things I found on the internet such as: to try to delete iconcache; just to restart "explorer"; and don't write to check out if the option "display desktop icons " is marked .. Then I decided to did system restoring but nothing changed. Could you please give me advice what to do (except of reinstalling the Windows) ? (Windows 10 - v.1709)

Sometime this problem is produced by third party programs creating a "Shell Icon" folder in Windows 10 that is not normally there or is otherwise corrupt.

I did as was said there and it really helped. I'd removed the "shell icons" folder and all icons showed up. I didn't think I would see this icons again..

Good.....
Glad to hear that it helped with your issue.
That folder is not in the registry of a normal install. I checked two of mine and it does not exist.
It seems to be either a holder over, in an upgrade from a previous version of Windows or else, generated by some third party software program.
