Download Autoruns.
Unzip the files, find "Autoruns.exe", right-click it and select "Run as administrator". When Autoruns starts, scroll down and look for any yellow lines. If you find one, left-click once to highlight it and look in the bottom window for the filename you are seeing in the popup box. If you find it, delete the line or uncheck the box at the left edge of the line.
