SOLVED A new annoying message on start-up

When starting my machine, this new message pops up:

"Your hardware settings have changed. Please reboot your computer for these changes to take effect."

I reboot any number of times but the message is there every time. If I ignore the message and proceed normally, there are no detectable results. It just annoys me and I would like to get rid of it, if possible.
To my knowledge, I haven't changed anything, so I really don't know what steps to take to eliminate this (admittedly minor) problem.

Thanks

Earlier in the year some users who had updated AMD drivers experienced this issue.

Rolling back to previous driver version appears to have resolved their issue.

You may want to check via Device Manager what drivers you're using then via Dell's site if their is an older version or an alert to a potential conflict.

You could, whilst in the device manager, right click the Display adapter and Choose to update the driver(s). Then allow it to search the Web

Regedit32, you nailed it! I did a roll back and everything is A-OK now.
Big thank you to Regeadi32 and davehc for the excellent replies.
