App block (on a schedule)

Hello everyone, i was hoping someone may be able to help me.

I would like to block OneDrive from downloading or uploading files unless it is at night time, when no one is using the home internet. I know I can block OneDrive completely in Windows Defender but there is no way (that I am aware of) that will allow me to set a schedule.

Any ideas appreciated
