Every time I boot my HP ProBook 450 G2 laptop ( W7 Pro to W10 Pro on 8/4/15 ), it reconfigures every app on the laptop ( also on every restart ). I've tried HP support and MS answers website and have never gotten any answers as to why. I did google it and have seen other instances of HP computers doing it but no answers.
I know it does this because I can see it in Reliability History. The first boot shows about 82 instances and if I restart, it doubles that and on and on.
Just curious if anyone else has this happening and if they know why it does this? In other words, is this common to W10 or just W10 on HP.
