Audio drivers missing on computer manufacturer's support website

On windows device settings :
Sound : No output devices found

Using Troubleshoot : The best drivers for your device are already installed :
Intel SST Audio Device (WDM)

(Windows 10 seems to have two different answers for same problem).

Processor : Intel(R) Atom(TM) x5-Z8300 CPU @ 1.44GHz Ram 4 GB System Type 64-bit operating system,x64 based processor
Device name Voyo-Pc

May I add a compatible driver to my computer ? I am unable to find suitable drivers on Manufacturer's site.

But first. Look in settings - Windows update, and look for optional updates (Drivers), although Microsoft include one in the OS install package, so you should have got it.

Tried today to install driverpack as for you suggestion. Unfortunately percentage of installation is not beyond 95 % .

Could you perhaps upload the hardware ids? Device manager> [category your device is in]> [your device]> right click on device and open properties> Details> Change device description, to hardware ids. upload screen shot please.
