Audio problem after recent update

Installed the most recent windows 10 update the other day and noticed a drastic decrease in the overall level of sound while watching Netflix or any other streaming. I've never had an issue with volume; typically I'll keep it at 70-80% and that'll do the trick, even with my AC on. Now, volume is set to 100 and its barely audible. Adjusted speaker enhancements (bass boost, virtual surround and loudness equalization) and still no avail. Drivers are up to date, no issues there. currently running on 16-bit at 48000Hz.

Has anyone else encountered a similar problem?

Which audio device do you show? Any particular system? Combined audio port?

There may be a Netflix setting or your primary playback device was modified. I haven't noticed any changes on my Realtek systems.
