'Perfect' is too hard to define but quality would work. As for 'Live', what is desired? I use 8GB Verbatim Stripe USB Thumb/Flash drives for creating a Bootable Linux Live drive. I download a LiveDVD .iso file of the version I want to try, save it to the internal drive or a second external drive, create the LiveDVD Disc then when booted use its USB Image Writer app to create the Bootable Thumb drive using the downloaded .iso file as the source. Just be careful clicking icons when booted to the DVD or Thumb drive, there'll be an Install icon on the desktop so don't click it unless really desired as it will wipe the internal/system drive then install Linux.
