Please suggest me which is best flowchart software for windows 10. I am little bit confused???

There are a lot of different products out there, most of which offer trial use, followed by a monthly fee, or an annual licence fee.
A couple of Free options that are pretty good involve doing it online, but you can choose to save to cloud or your hard drive, or share publicly:
If you are working on a Group project then you may want to take a look at this software:
To be able to truly recommend a product though, we'd need to know what precisely you are needing to create flowcharts for, and the type of flowchart you intend to make.
Microsoft Visio is not too bad, but that is a licenced product with a trial period.
