Black border around screen

I have a permanent black border around my screen. I have had windows 10 for a couple months now with no problems, but I just moved the same monitor and the same computer to a different location and I suddenly have a black border around my screen. See attached file for evidence.

No, the mouse will not move outside the lit portion of the screen.

Right click on the screen then onto display settings this will get you to Display settings. Check the resolution setting. If you have a LCD screen that should be set to 1920 by 1080. It could have accidentally been altered.

If you have an Nvidia GPU on your graphics card then you'll see a Nvidia control panel. click on that and you will find you can alter the display from there.

If you have intel graphics or AMD someone else will have to answer as I have neither.
