Black border around screen

I have a permanent black border around my screen. I have had windows 10 for a couple months now with no problems, but I just moved the same monitor and the same computer to a different location and I suddenly have a black border around my screen. See attached file for evidence.

I'd right-click a blank area of the screen, click Display settings and check where yours is at, maybe try one of the other choices, the Recommended setting is usually the best.
