Hi, I tried to boot my computer this morning only to find that I got the famous "BOOTMGR missing" message. Every where I go it tells me I need a windows CD, however I do not have a Windows CD because I just upgraded to Windows 10, nor do I have a usb drive. Dose anybody know a way I can fix this issue. If you do I thank you for the help:)

Unfortunately you are going to need boot media to repair you computer (if possible).
You'll need to run Startup Repair or else you'll need to fix it manually from the command prompt within the Advanced Troubleshooting option when booting from the installation media.
Bootrec /fixmbr
Bootrec /fixboot
Bootrec /rebuildbcd

You should be able to get the media from here https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/techbench
once you have the ISO use ImgBurn to burn it to a DVD or Rufus to burn it to a USB ThumbDrive to boot your computer with.
