Ok so today i reset my windows 10 pc (i kept my personal files though) because it was getting a bit slow and when it rebooted if i check the storage on my drive it still says its nearly full as it was before however when i look at my applications it says its empty. I'm not sure if the files are actually still somewhere or if its just a visual glitch. What should I do?
Thanks for any help in advance!

Check the root of C:\
Often the reset process will produce a couple folders
$WINDOWS.~BT (typically a hidden folder)
and
Windows.old
These two folders might be consuming a fair amount of space on your disk.
