i want disable those programs shows like impactless..i think those system program if it so then how to change system program to normal?

I'm not familiar with this tune up application you are using.
However, looking at the image you posted each of those applications you say you want to disable are Third Party applications. None of them are loading your system at the moment (which implies they may not even be installed on your computer).
If however, they are installed and you have no use for them, then click Start > Settings cog > Apps, then in the list of apps that displays, click on any you do not want and select uninstall.
I'd leave your HP Deskjet alone though as you will need that for your printer to run as anticipated.
