SOLVED Can Windows 10 be imported or transferred from a HHD to a SSD .

Sure...
Just use one of the many imaging softwares out there and do a disk image onto a third uninvolved drive and then restore the image to the new SSD.
I use Acronis True Image for this all the time and I think they still offer a brief free trial
I also hear good things about Macrium's free edition https://www.macrium.com/reflectfree

Which-ever or whatever you decide to use, you will need to use that software's built in tools to create a bootable USB stick to use during the restore process.

First off, TNX for your replies. I'm going to build a HIGH END computer soon, and I have a old computer that had the HHD go south. I got another HHD and put a new install of Windows 10 on it. This was just a couple of months ago and now it's just sitting under my computer table doing nothing (collecting dust). At $199.00 I like to use it.
