Cannot sign in after factory reset

I have received this message after the factory reset trying to sign in "the specific domain either does not exist or could not be contacted" i have tried the advance settings method and i cant open command prompt or get on to safe mode. Also not able to connect to the internet. please help

Hi,

try a bootable copy of Win 10 and boot in to "Advanced Start-up Options" and try troubleshooting your problem there!. You should read from "If you can't boot Windows 10". ;)
