Cannot switch account

Hello!

I'm trying to setup the Windows insider program. Am trying to Switch account as seen in the screenshot below. The switch account button is not active, and I am unable to register the business account which I have linked to this system. Is there a way I can undo the linkage so that I can link the correct personal account?

My initial thought is that....
You will need a personal Microsoft Account.
IF you do not have one then one would need to be created

IF and when you have a personal Microsoft Account, you can then add that account to the problem machine as a member of the local administrators group (not a standard user).
Login to the machine with that account and see if you can use that method to

NOTE: Before proceeding make sure that you take steps to backup your critical data as well as perform a disk image of your existing install, so you have a strong fall back option in the event that things do not go as expected.
