Can't add java to any browser after udating to Win 10

I have java installed on my machine, but can't see it in my browsers, FX or Chrome ( I know it won't work in Edge).

I have checked the box 'Enable Java controller in the browser' under the security tab in Java Control Panel.

Any suggestions?

I had the same problem, I used a java applet for the stockmarket every day with win8, after upgrading to win10 all I get is error Messages. Even Java.com's own page for testing "do i have java" wont work. It seems to be a Security setting related to the Microsoft account I logged in with. The reason I say this is because I solved the problem by creating a Local Account, With this New account I can get java to run. Why beats me, but it solved the issuse for me.
