Can't add 'Epson Scan' to start up menu

Until recently, there was 'Epson Scan' in Windows 10 Start menu, but the Epson printer, along with the rest of it's functions. disappeared and can't add any to the Start menu. What happened? Windows 10(I assume Microsoft) only allows me to add the printer to the desktop home page. I realllllly want that short cut back in the Start menu.

Have a look here
C:\Windows\twain_32\escndv\escndv.exe
Right click it and from the context menu, choose "Pin to Start"
