Can't Turn Cortana Off !

I just installed windows 0 and tried Cortana. I decided to turn Cortana off with no result, the assistant keeps talking even after following the instruction to turn it off. It looks like the ""off"" switch does not work, it is currently off .( I can't neither turn it "on"" again).
