CD/DVDS not opening discs for content.

After Acronis True Image backup software completely wiped all of my C drive as clean as a whistle,I have spent reinstalling W10 pro almost 2 weeks. All passwords etc had gone aswell. Fun!
Bit by bit getting somewhere however,i have a problems with getting my CD/DVD drives to open any games discs, consequently, I am at a stand still. Non games discs,however,appear to open alright. I am on version 21H2 of Windows 10 pro.

Any help appreciated.
