SOLVED Changing Power Settings in W10 pro

Hello all.
I ave a recent problem that appears when I press restart.
Problem; When pressing restart, no problems, however, recently computer upon restart goes into power saving mode and to get out of this I have to switch the computer off and then back on.
Any help appreciated.

Many thanks for replying my friend.
checked settings appeared ok,then ran Sfc (scannow) followd by DSME. Appears there were corrupted files which scannow fixed.

Now appears Ok at present.
