Clean install of Insider Preview Final

my question is? Downloaded ISO final build....my 10 Evaluation final copy...won't boot. says signature files missing? nothing seems to work getting 10 to BOOT....... will Insider final version , reactivate if I entered the insider Key code , @ clean reinstall??
