I run Win10 v1803 and lost the click and drag feature since install. Is there a fix?

Often when we see this question it is related to a stuck Esc (Escape) key on the computer's keyboard.

Check and see if holding it down or striking it several times makes any difference with your problem.

Thanks for the tip. Your solution helped somewhat. I needed fewer attempts to successfully click and drag.

Not sure if this is a desktop or a laptop, so....
Not sure what your available option might be, but....
Can you try a different keyboard for testing.
Disconnect the current one or use Device Manager to disable it so the system won't be conflicted with two input sources.
