Hi Mike,

After removing the user account you then need to remove its remaining profiles from your system:
  • Press Winkey + R to open the Run dialog
  • Type sysdm.cpl then click OK
  • In the System Properties window that opens click the Advanced tab
  • On the User Profiles pane click the Settings button

  • Select the Profile you are wanting to delete then click the Delete button
  • A confirmation window will appear. Click Yes

That ought to remove your deleted user profile from the system and thus prevent it reappearing.
