Compatability with Express Scribe Pro

I have a Dell laptop. Since changing from Vista to Windows 10, I have had issues uploading wav audio files to Express Scribe Pro. Most files will load correctly, but I always have a few that show the incorrect duration time (roughly 20-25 seconds, when they should be 1-3 minutes). In addition, when I click play, the audio looks like it's playing, but there is no sound. I have corresponded with Express Scribe technicians and have uninstalled/reinstalled Express Scribe, but nothing has worked. They ended by saying that I would be notified if a solution is found. That's been a few months ago.
