Hi
I purchased Windows 10 Pro 64 bit. I'm having problems with the seller for refund. The seller told
me I could download a retail version iso. I have been unable to get this. I have the original product key.
I did send Microsoft a message on the 16th December, but no reply. Is it possible for any member could give me a link for the download. I'm a new member here, so hello everyone. Hope I posted in the right thread.

Hello, welcome to the forum. Big Feet posted this recently;

Download the media creation tool. You can either do an in place upgrade or create a Windows 10 dvd or flash drive. If you're creating a dvd/flash drive from another PC, make sure you create the right version for the PC you're installing the OS (home version/32 or 64 bit).
