I downloaded a user manual and it created an image on G: drive, when I opened it, it just said no results. It is annoying when I go into File Explorer to see this ISO image and would like to delete it. Have tried downloading winISO but there is a message informing me that it cannot run on my PC.

So if the ISO file is mounted as your virtual drive G: then you need to unmount the drive before you will be able to delete the ISO file itself (because mounted the file is "In Use". If you don't know how to unmount the drive then you might try rebooting to see if G: is gone. Once it is no longer mounted the ISO file should delete the same as any file.

You may be able to see a "created" extra optic drive in file explorer, containing the ISO.
If so, right click it and delete. You will find the iso is gone, or, worst case, now deleteable.
